Ditto App Incorporated, and our affiliates and subsidiaries (the "Company") rare committed to protecting your privacy by complying with this policy.
This policy describes how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of Website or App users ("you"), and also describes the types of information that may be collected or that may be provided when you visit the Company’s website (our "Website") or use the Company’s mobile application (our "App", together with the Website, the “Services”).
This policy applies to information that the Company collects, uses, or discloses about you within the Services, in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Company and the Services.
The Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, services, social networks, or applications. The Company does not control third-party websites and the Company does not accept any responsibility or liability for third-party policies or any interaction by you with third-party policies.
This policy does not apply to information that the Company collects offline or through any other means, including on any other Company or third-party website (including our affiliates and subsidiaries). Nor does this policy apply to information that you provide to or is collected by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When accessing or using the Services several types of information may be collected, including but not limited to:
Personal information, such as your name, city and country of residence, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, user name or other similar identifier, images, billing and account information, sex, date of birth, mobile number, activity skill level, activity preferences, occupation, sexual orientation, gender identity, pronoun choices, personal interests and any other identifier we may use to contact you ("personal information").
Business-related information, including but not limited to: profession, title, duties, business organization, business address, business email address; and business telephone number.
Non-personal information, that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or relate to an identifiable individual, such as geographic, demographic, or statistical or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal information.
Technical information, including your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, or information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services, and usage details.
Non-personal details about your Services interactions, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), clickstream to, through and from our Website (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, any phone number used to call our customer service number, communications with other users, communications with the Company, search and browsing history on the Services, purchase history, access to your mobile device’s photo album, and/or camera and microphone and date and time stamps related to your Services use.
You may unsubscribe from or opt-out of contact for marketing or other purposes on an ongoing basis by using the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of our e-mails, or e-mailing support@dittoapp.ca.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
The Company uses different methods to collect information, including but not limited to:
Direct interactions when you provide it to us, for example, by creating a profile, filling in forms or corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise.
User contributions, You may also provide information for us to publish or display on public Services areas or transmit to other Services users or third parties.
Automated technologies or interactions, as you navigate through our Services. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
Third parties or publicly available sources, for example, our business partners.
The information collected directly from you on or through the Services may include: information that you provide by filling in forms on the Services, including information provided at the time of registering to use the Services, subscribing to services, posting materials, or requesting further services. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
The Company may disclose aggregated information about users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
The Company may disclose personal information that the Company collects, or is provided by you as described in this privacy policy:
To Company subsidiaries and affiliates.
In accordance with applicable law, to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about Company customers and users is among the assets transferred.
To advertisers and advertising networks that require the information to select and serve relevant advertisements to you and others. The Company does not disclose data about identifiable individuals to advertisers, but may provide them with aggregate information about users. The Company may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers target a specific audience. The Company may make use of the personal information collected from you to display Company advertisers' advertisements to that target audience.

DATA RETENTION
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, the Company will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under some circumstances the Company may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Services, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Services or on or through any of its features/register on the Services, make any purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Services, or provide any information about yourself. If personal information from a child under 13 was collected or received without verification of parental consent, the Company or applicable party will delete that information.
ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If we cannot provide you with access to your personal information, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
The Company will provide access to your personal information, subject to exceptions set out in applicable privacy legislation.
